Multi Power2 (MP2 e M2X) is the evolution of our modular UPS, which aims to offer higher power density, simpler integration to both existing and new installations, and last but not least, enhanced operating efficiency and global flexibility to reduce both the upfront investment and the day-to-day operational costs.
Thanks to its modular architecture and several configurations available, the system can be adapted to the load demands to avoid any oversizing and provide the best performance in every working condition.
With new high-density Power Modules, available in three different sizes and two different technologies, Multi Power2 achieves up to 600 kW in a single UPS cabinet and up to 3600 kW with six systems in parallel.

Characteristics
The biggest challenge of our time is sustainability. This is the reason why we developed the Multi Power2 Power Module based on the latest silicon carbide technology (SiC), which reduces cooling requirements whilst enabling more compact, more reliable, and more robust solutions.
The Power Modules could reach an efficiency up to 98.1% in ON LINE double conversion , providing the best power supply to critical equipment whilst minimising operating costs and energy losses.
High efficiency is achieved even in case of extremely low loads thanks to the EFFICIENCY CONTROL Mode, where the system will automatically activate only the required number of Power Modules, ensuring the highest efficiency and, at the same time, the required redundancy level. Multi Power2 can also work in temperatures up to 40 °C (without any derating), minimising the demand and consumption of cooling systems.
Extremely Flexible
Multi Power2 has been designed to quickly adapt to any power requirement, backup time and installation environment. Thanks to hot-swappable Power Modules, any power increase can be made while the unit continues to operate in ON LINE double conversion mode, without interrupting the power supply to the load.
Multi Power2 offers different types of cabinets, available with rear and top ventilation and the option of integrated modular batteries. All the main components of the UPS are modular and can be easily added and/or replaced, minimising on-site intervention costs and avoiding any downtime.
Several configuration and frames are available:
- PCM : very compact solution with integrated manual bypass.
- PC0 : unit supplied without switches to simplify the integration with the existing electrical infrastructure and to meet any space constraints, available also with top ventilation..
- PCS : fully integrated, for a complete, simple and very reliable installation, with main input, bypass, manual bypass, output switches and top ventilation.
- CBC 6: compact solution that includes internal backup time, manual bypass and integrated battery switch.
Smart Architecture
The Multi Power2 (MP2 e M2X) is the result of a new design approach focused on a deep interconnection between hardware and software. It provides an extremely reactive system which ensures business continuity in every operating condition. Intelligence is distributed to ensure the protection of the equipment even on the off chance of a fault on a power module, automatic health-checks are performed during the plug-in of each module to verify its status and avoid defective components and automatic alignment of the firmware is carried out when a module with different firmware is inserted.
Thanks to the embedded intelligence, power computing capacity, and outstanding connectivity, we can monitor remotely the status of the UPS and provide dynamic and bespoke after sales services to maximize the life of the unit.
